Requirements: 

Associate's Degree in early childhood education/child development or a CDA
Experience leading a classroom and creating educational lesson plans (will train if prior classroom experience is documented).
Minimum 1 year of experience.
Have the ability to assess a student's progress and adjust the learning environment as needed.
Experience working in a licensed childcare facility.
Have the ability to communicate with parents.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check and finger printing.
Must love working with children, be creative, have patience and a positive attitude.
Teachers are responsible for ensuring a clean, friendly environment; implement lesson plans, ensure the health and safety of the children in their care and follow all licensing guidelines.
CPR and First Aid certified is a plus but will train if necessary
Must be at least 18 years of age.
